We are a mid-market focused boutique corporate financial advisor. Our mandates have ranged from ₹22 Cr to ₹900 Cr across sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, IT, MFIs, engineering, logistics, entertainment and gold jewellery.
Can you help resolve an NPA or stressed account?
Yes. We work closely with banks on NPA and stressed account resolution — from OTS negotiation to portfolio sale to ARCs. Our team has a strong understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and a network of ARCs and stressed-asset funds. The largest NPA resolution we have advised on was ₹900 Cr.
